By accessing or using SolarTrust's website, mobile application, or any of our solar O&M services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
SolarTrust provides technology-driven solar operations and maintenance (O&M) services, including but not limited to regular panel cleaning, inverter maintenance, performance monitoring, system health assessments, emergency response, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
Our services are delivered through a combination of on-site maintenance by trained engineers and our proprietary digital platform, which provides real-time tracking, photo-documented service reports, and performance analytics.
Detailed terms for specific solar O&M services, including scope of work, service frequency, response times, performance guarantees, and pricing, are governed by individual service contracts or Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) signed between SolarTrust and the client.
In the event of any conflict between these general Terms of Service and a specific service agreement or AMC, the terms of the individual agreement shall prevail.
Access to the SolarTrust digital platform and mobile application may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information as necessary to keep it current.
SolarTrust reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for unauthorized purposes.
The SolarTrust platform, mobile application, website, and all associated content, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, and data, are the exclusive property of SolarTrust and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or its content without prior written consent from SolarTrust. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
SolarTrust strives to provide reliable and high-quality solar O&M services. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, SolarTrust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or platform.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SolarTrust under the applicable service agreement during the twelve months preceding the claim.
SolarTrust is not responsible for damages caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, grid failures, equipment manufacturer defects, or force majeure events.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of SolarTrust's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
